Posh Pup Pet Boutique was launched in 2007 by Amanda Hartmann and her Partner Clark.

 

Initially, Amanda traded solely online, and attended many local trade events in Essex and Norfolk. Realising how little choice there was for people in Norfolk, Amanda decided that opening a Retail outlet was the way to help fill the gap in the market, giving local and visiting Pet lovers a boutique where dogs are welcome, and can try on items of clothing, have their photos taken a play and a treat for all their hard work.

 

In August 2008, Amanda gained the exclusive rights to retail and distribute Bark Vineyards Doggy Wine in the UK and Europe, an exclusive product for cats and dogs.

 

We have a retail shop in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. We enjoy meeting our many customers and helping them find the right item for their beloved pet.  Ensuring that the products fit perfectly and advising on other products which may be of interest.

 

We opened our Retail Unit on the 27th July 2009 after many weeks of nonstop work making sure it was perfect for our opening day, and we were featured in the Great Yarmouth Mercury Newspaper.

 

We are always looking to expand the business and at the start of October 2009 we opened our own Grooming Salon, to the rear of our Retail Unit, offering great value Grooming for your pet, our Groomer Natalie Yaxley has been working with animals for over 10 years, and loves spending time with your furry friends.  

 

At the end of October 2009 we started to hold our own Microchipping Day, a monthly event where pet owners can bring their pets in to have them microchipped and entered into the Petlog register, by our registered Microchipper, Cheri.

 

We are looking forward to 2011, and have many more plans.
