Payment Methods

We accept payment by PayPal, Cash on Collection, Cheque, Postal Order or BACS Transfer and Credit/Debit Cards.

Packaging

At Posh Pup we take great pride in our packaging. All of our items come beautifully presented in pink tissue paper complete with our branded sticker. Items are then placed in a professional pink packaging bag, to ensure your item reaches’ you in perfect condition. We do not charge extra for this excellent service. Postage Where possible we try to offer free postage, however on certain items we do have to charge for postage. We will never charge more than the actual cost of postage. Postage prices apply to UK mainland only. If you are outside of this area please contact us for shipping costs. In some case we may send your order in separate packages, or arrange a courier. Normally this is at no extra cost. All items are sent Royal Mail 1st Class, unless otherwise requested or advised. Once an item is in the Mailing system it can take up to 3-4 working days to be delivered. We will send you an email to advise you when your item has been dispatched, if your item has not been received within 5 working days, please contact us so that we can look into this with Royal Mail. We will complete a P58 Form for Royal Mail, who will look into the matter further.

International Shipping

We frequently ship items internationally. If you require shipping outside of the UK please contact us to arrange the cost of shipping.

Returns Policy

All of the size specific items are listed with a size guide and measuring instructions. Returns will not be accepted for items that do not fit. It will be at the discretion of Posh Pup to accept returns for items that were ordered in the wrong size. We have very high standard of product quality control, and take every effort to ensure that every item we sell is of the highest standard regardless of price. On the very rare occasion that an item is received in a faulty condition, please contact us immediately and allow us the opportunity to repair, replace or refund the item. Returned items will only be accepted if they are in a clean, fur free, unused condition. Complete with tags and in original packaging. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. Returns should only be sent back after contacting us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Once you received the RMA Number your items should be returned with a complete RMA Form which we will send you by email. Items returned without and RMA Form and Number may not be refunded or exchanged.
